Our Legal Department plays a valued strategic business partner role by meeting the following among others: Custodian to all company contracts, legal research and due diligence, employment law advice, overseeing and handling litigation/arbitration and providing legal support to the company.

Our Administration function provides the link between our various departments and ensures the smooth flow of information from one part to the other. It ensures that we operate smoothly and professionally. A role in our Administration function requires strong organizational and communication skills giving individuals not only the opportunity to become involved in a number of projects but enabling them to develop key personal skills.
Our procurement function ensures that best quality goods and services are procured within set timelines, at the best price, by ensuring that procurement plans are filled and approved and requests done timely.
We have an internship program is aimed to develop tomorrow maritime industry leaders. We provide challenging opportunities that prepare them for successful careers in maritime, shipping and related industries. We focus on equipping our interns with relevant skills, knowledge and best practices in various roles across our business. This is done through day-to-day work involvement of the operations and also through mentorship and coaching.
The internship program goals are:
- 1. To provide a rich learning experience for students and recent graduates.
- 2. To create opportunities for recent graduates in disciplines ranging from Finance, Forwarding, HR, Legal in Shipping & Maritime industry.
- 3. To assist in bridging the unemployment gap in the Maritime sector.
- Develop tomorrows Maritime professionals.
Entry into the program is on a competitive basis; therefore they are recruited as per company recruitment policy. The program runs for six (6) months.
